Meeting Notes Pro: Data Handling

Meeting Notes Pro is designed with privacy as a core principle. Here's how your data is handled:

  • Local PII processing: All personally identifiable information (names, phone numbers, addresses, etc.) is detected and processed on your local machine before any data is sent to the cloud
  • No data retention: Meeting transcripts and generated notes are not stored on our servers. Once processing is complete, your data is not retained
  • No model training: Your data is never used to train AI models. Processing occurs through AWS Bedrock with Claude, which does not use customer data for training
  • Enterprise-grade security: All cloud processing uses AWS Bedrock with encryption in transit and at rest

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve our products and services
  • Process transactions and send related information
  • Send you newsletters and marketing communications (with your consent)
  • Respond to your comments, questions, and support requests
  • Monitor and analyze trends, usage, and activities
