How do I create a custom writing style?

Use the Style Analyzer to create writing style profiles from samples of your own writing. The AI learns your patterns and applies them when generating documents. Navigate to Style Analyzer from the sidebar.

Step 1: Provide Writing Samples

Choose one of two methods:

• Upload Files: Drag and drop .txt, .docx, or .pdf files containing examples of your writing
• Paste Text: Copy and paste text samples directly

Provide at least 500 words of sample text for best results.

Step 2: Name Your Profile

Enter a descriptive name for the profile (e.g., "My Formal Style", "Client Email Tone").

Step 3: Analyze

Click Analyze and the AI will examine your writing patterns including:

• Formality level
• Tone and voice
• Sentence length and structure
• Vocabulary preferences

Using Style Profiles

When processing a transcript, select your custom style profile from the style dropdown. The AI will match its output to your personal writing patterns.

Managing Profiles

• Activate a profile to make it the default for all processing
• Compare two profiles to see similarity scores
• Create defaults: Generate preset profiles (formal, casual, friendly) as starting points
