How do I install Meeting Notes Pro?
Download the installer, run it, and activate your license key. The whole process takes about 2 minutes.
System Requirements
- Operating System: Windows 10 or later
- Internet: Required for AI processing and license validation
- Disk Space: ~200MB for installation
Installation Steps
- Download
MeetingNotesPro-1.1.0_x64-setup.exe - Run the installer and follow the prompts
- Launch Meeting Notes Pro from your Start menu or desktop shortcut
License Activation
When you first launch Meeting Notes Pro, you'll see a license activation screen.
- Enter your license key in the field provided
- Click Activate
- The app validates your key and shows your subscription status:
- Beta: early access license
- Trial: time-limited trial
- Active: full subscription
- After activation, the app opens to the Dashboard
